We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and payment information when you register or subscribe. We also collect usage data and technical logs to improve the Service.

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional emails (e.g., receipts, trial reminders), and respond to support requests.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Payment information is handled by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Vercel for hosting) as necessary to operate the Service.

5. Amazon Seller Data

If you connect your Amazon Seller Central account, we access certain data through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) to provide the Service. This section describes how we handle that data.

5.1 Data We Access

Through SP-API, we retrieve the following data categories from your Amazon Seller account:

Inventory data (FBA and FBM stock levels, replenishment status)
Order data (order history, status, fulfillment details)
Listing data (active listings, catalog information, pricing)
Financial data (settlements, fees, transaction summaries)

5.2 How We Use Amazon Data

Amazon Seller data is used exclusively to power your AMS dashboard and operational tools. We use this data solely to provide the Service to you — the account owner who authorized the connection. We do not use Amazon data for any other purpose.

5.3 Data Sharing Restrictions

We do not sell, rent, lease, or disclose your Amazon Seller data to any third party. Your Amazon data is never shared with other users, advertisers, data brokers, or any external organization. Amazon data is accessible only to you and your authorized team members within the Service.

5.4 External Data Sources

We retrieve Amazon information exclusively through the official Amazon SP-API. We do not use any third-party data providers, scrapers, or external sources to obtain Amazon Seller data.

5.5 Data Storage & Security

Amazon Seller data is stored in encrypted databases with row-level security (RLS) ensuring strict tenant isolation. SP-API credentials (refresh tokens) are stored in a separate, isolated secure vault and are never exposed to the frontend. All data transmission uses TLS encryption.

5.6 Data Retention & Deletion

Amazon Seller data is retained only while your account is active and connected. If you disconnect your Amazon account or delete your AMS account, all associated Amazon data and SP-API credentials are permanently deleted within 30 days. You may disconnect your Amazon account at any time from your profile settings.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Account deletion removes all associated data from our systems within 30 days.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, data is purged within 30 days except where legally required to retain it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
