Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AMS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AMS is an all-in-one ecommerce operations platform designed for Amazon sellers. It includes modules for sourcing, catalog management, procurement, and supply chain tracking.

3. Subscription and Billing

AMS offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. A 7-day free trial is available for new users. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share access or resell the Service.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to violate Amazon's Terms of Service, or to engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Amazon SP-API Integration

The Service integrates with the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) to retrieve data from your Amazon Seller Central account. By connecting your Amazon account, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

6.1 Authorization

You authorize AMS to access your Amazon Seller data through SP-API using Login with Amazon (LWA) OAuth. You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting your Amazon account from your AMS profile.

6.2 Data Usage

Amazon Seller data retrieved through SP-API (including inventory, orders, listings, and financial data) is used exclusively to provide the Service to you. We do not use your Amazon data for any purpose other than powering your AMS dashboard and operational tools.

6.3 Compliance with Amazon Policies

Our use of SP-API complies with the Amazon Selling Partner API Acceptable Use Policy, including but not limited to sections 4.3, 4.4, and 4.5. We do not retrieve Amazon information from any external (non-Amazon) sources. All Amazon data is obtained exclusively through the official SP-API.

6.4 Data Protection

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your Amazon Seller data, including encrypted storage, row-level security for tenant isolation, secure credential vaulting for SP-API tokens, and TLS encryption for all data transmission. We do not sell, share, or disclose your Amazon data to any third party.

6.5 Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, including data accessed through your Amazon account, complies with Amazon's Terms of Service and Seller policies. You agree not to use the Service in any way that would violate the Amazon Selling Partner API Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

AMS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
